Fresh out the plane, the Dutch Men and Women’s squads including veteran Diedrik Simon under the direction of coach Rene Mijnders are just settling in for two weeks of intense training.
New to Avis was a group of 10 veteran rowers from London based, Furnivall Sculling Club. They combined their water sessions with a bit our tourism, and enjoyed the experience so much that have promised to return next year. see the pictures
